What is collected
The callback form collects a name, a phone number, a town, a building size and a short description of the intended use. The submission also records the page it was sent from and the time it was received. Nothing else is requested, and no payment information is ever collected on this site.
How it is used
Form information is used for one purpose: to return the call and route the request to an independent local building contractor serving that parcel. That contractor receives the information supplied in the form so they can respond. Information is not sold, and it is not shared with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Automated filtering
Submissions pass through automated spam checks — a hidden field that human visitors never see, a minimum time between page load and submission, and a phone-number sanity check. Submissions failing those checks are discarded and never delivered.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies. If site analytics are enabled, they record aggregate page views and interactions such as clicks on the call button and form submissions. Browsers can be configured to block cookies without breaking the phone number or the form.
Calls
The phone number published on this site is a tracking number that forwards to the answering contractor, which allows call volume to be attributed to the page it came from. Callers should assume the receiving business may record or log calls under its own policy.
Retention and deletion
Callback requests are retained only as long as needed to follow up. To ask what is held or to request deletion, call the number in the site header or submit the contact form and note the request in the message field. Those two channels are the only contact methods this site offers.
Children
This site is intended for property owners and is not directed to children under 13. No information is knowingly collected from them.

This policy may be updated as the site changes. The version published here is the current one.
